Peach Strawberry Smoothie for PCOS

A satisfying smoothie with protein, fat, and fiber!


  • Blender


  • 1 cup frozen peaches and strawberries
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup greek yogurt or plain kefir
  • 1/2 cup water or water kefir (depending on desired consistency)
  • 1 splash orange juice (optional for tangy flavor)


  • Add all ingredients to a large blender. Blend until completely smooth. Serve cold!
