Simple Pumpkin Seed Granola

With only 5 ingredients, this super simple granola is a fall must-have for moms.

  • 2 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp canola oil or melted butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup add extra for sweeter granola


  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Mix all ingredients until evenly combined.
  • Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Bake 15 minutes. Then turn mixture. Bake another 10-15 minutes until slightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Store in airtight container.
