Peanut Butter Oat Breakfast Bites

Sweet and satisfying bites to make any breakfast a filling treat!

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural preferred)
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts) may use chocolate chips or dried fruit if sweetness preferred
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop low-sugar protein powder optional


  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Form into 1-inch round bites.
  • Keep refrigerated.
